Areas of Support Needed:

Kitchen Support:
  This will be packaging the meal and handing it out to the patrons.  No Cooking.
  This will be comprised of Auxiliary and Firemen.  Sarah Koch is the Chairman.  Please contact her if you are interested.

  Proper PPE (Gloves, Face Mask and Face Shield) will be required while working with the food or dealing with the public.

Pre-Sale Tickets:
  Pre-sale tickets will be sold individually by a few Firemen/Auxiliary, Mick Hohman will be running the ticket sales.

  We will also be selling Pre-Sale tickets at the Hall on June 10 & 11, 17 & 18 and 24 & 25 from 7-9 pm.
  We would like at least two Members each night for those sales (Two Firemen or Firemen/Auxiliary).               

  Proper PPE, Face Covering and Social Distancing is required.


Day of:  BBQ Sales and 50/50 Sales

  We are looking for a team of at least 6 to 8 Members to sell BBQ Tickets and 50/50 Tickets in the Drive Thru Line.

  Proper PPE, Traffic Vests, Face Covering and Social Distancing will be required.


Traffic Control:  
  There is a need for 4-6 Traffic Control Attendants.

  Traffic will enter the parking lot at the North West side – proceed to the First Banquet Hall Door on the West Side where
they will purchase Food and 50/50 Tickets then proceed to the South Double doors to pick up their order.

   Company traffic (Chicken, Potato’s) will use the Kitchen Door.

   Proper PPE, Traffic Vests, Face Covering and Social Distancing will be required.


Posters:
  Posters are available at the hall, it is VERY IMPORTANT that we get these out As Soon As Possible.   The success of the
sale depends on us getting the word out.
